Tan Free Grad
Did you know that melanoma skin cancer is one of the most common forms of cancers for youth between the ages of 15 and 29?
In 2012, 5800+ of BC’s grade 12 students in 42 high schools pledged to be tan free for prom and graduation. We are confident that next year even more high school students will take a stand against indoor tanning.
The Tan Free Grad Challenge is a student led initiative for BC high schools. Student leaders challenge their grad class to pledge to be tan free for prom and graduation. During the month of March youth ambassadors will be spreading the message that Tanning Is Out!
